Fill By Mail is a service available to existing Tanks By Mail customers.

TANK RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

This is the most important step to ensure that UPS will accept the package

1. Remove all stickers from box including the red hazmat pouch.
2. OR
1. Carefully turn the original box inside out, which eliminates the need to remove stickers.


2. Open valve - Tank must be empty to return ship!
3. Replace cardboard valve protector.
4. Reseal box very securely.
5. Place pre-paid return label box.
6. Drop at UPS Store near you.

TANKS BY MAIL - Itemized Tank Damage Charges

**All cylinders will be inspected upon return. All damages, missing parts, added/removed labels will be deducted from your deposit.**

• Lost/Damaged Cylinder - Full deposit surrender
  • 20 lb. tank = $150
  • 15 lb. tank = $150
  • 10 lb. tank = $150
  • 5 lb. tank = $150
• Valve Damage = $65
  • Valve pin damaged, bent or stripped.
  • Foreign substances, tapes, glues may constitute full valve cost.
• Sticker Removal = $10 per sticker
• Sticker Addition = $20 per sticker
• Hand Wheel & Nut = $10
• Black Carry Handle = $40
